About this CEU Training
This two-day intensive training is designed to prepare licensed mental health professionals for the responsibilities of clinical supervision. Participants will explore foundational models of supervision, ethical and legal considerations, and practical skills for guiding supervisees. Emphasis will be placed on culturally responsive and trauma-informed supervision, giving and receiving feedback, and managing supervisory challenges. Through interactive discussions, case examples, and reflective practice, participants will develop the knowledge and tools to create effective supervision agreements, enhance competency, and foster professional growth in those they supervise.
