Our Commitment to Accessibility

Infinite Learning Institute (ILI) is dedicated to providing an inclusive, equitable learning environment for all participants. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request to ensure full participation in our live, virtual, and on‑demand programs.

To help us best support you, please submit your request at least three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event. We review requests promptly and work collaboratively to meet your needs.

What We Can Provide

Accommodations may include, but are not limited to: - Live captioning or CART services - ASL interpretation - Extended time for assessments/post‑tests - Accessible slide decks and large‑print materials - Screen‑reader friendly documents - Reserved seating/visibility adjustments for in‑person events - Break schedule modifications - Alternative participation methods for interactive segments

How to Request an Accommodation

If your event is fewer than 21 days away, submit the form and also call 866‑622‑2387 so we can triage urgently. We’ll make every reasonable effort to assist, subject to availability.

Information you share is kept confidential and used only to coordinate accommodations and meet legal obligations. We strictly follow applicable privacy laws and limit access to staff who facilitate your support.
