Infinite Learning Institute (ILI) was founded with one simple belief: growth is essential to healing. Created by Brittany Barberian, LCMHC, LPC, LMHC, EMDR Approved Consultant, ILI was born from a therapist’s deep commitment to lifelong learning and professional integrity.

After years in clinical practice, Brittany recognized a gap in continuing education — many CEU opportunities focused on compliance, not curiosity. She envisioned something different: a space where mental health professionals could continue to learn, connect, and evolve with purpose.

That vision became Infinite Learning Institute — a nationwide CEU provider offering ethical, evidence-based trainings that nurture both clinical skill and personal growth.

From Passion to Purpose

ILI’s story began in Hooksett, New Hampshire, but its impact extends across all 50 states. Each course reflects the belief that learning should be both practical and inspiring — rooted in research yet responsive to the realities of modern clinical work.

Our founder and team of experienced instructors collaborate to create programming that supports clinicians at every stage of their careers. From new graduates seeking licensure supervision to seasoned therapists pursuing advanced EMDR or ethics training, ILI provides accessible, meaningful education for all.
