Brittany Barberian

Founder and Director of Infinite Learning Institute, Brittany Barberian is a licensed therapist, EMDR Approved Consultant, and NH Approved Clinical Supervisor. With years of experience supporting trauma recovery and professional development, Brittany is passionate about bridging ethical education and clinical excellence. She leads ILI’s curriculum development and serves as a mentor for clinicians pursuing EMDR certification and supervision.

Breonna McFarland

LCMHC, LMFT, AAMFT Supervisor in Training

Breonna McFarland is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Marriage & Family Therapist with extensive experience in systems-focused therapy and trauma-informed care. She brings warmth and depth to her teaching, emphasizing supervision, ethical practice, and relational awareness. Breonna co-facilitates ILI’s clinical supervision and ethics trainings and supports the next generation of therapists through reflective, inclusive education.

Ryen Espo

LICSW

Ryen Espo is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in ethics, cultural competence, and professional boundaries. Known for her engaging and thought-provoking teaching style, Ryen helps clinicians navigate complex ethical scenarios with confidence and care. Her courses with ILI challenge learners to integrate reflection, empathy, and accountability into their daily clinical practice.

Barbara Hutchinson

LMFT

Barbara Hutchinson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed systems work. She combines practical experience with academic insight to help clinicians translate theory into action. Barbara’s trainings for ILI focus on clinical effectiveness, emotional regulation, and fostering balanced therapeutic relationships.

Jessica Pinkham

Jessica Pinkham is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health Practitioner. She specializes in the intersection of mental health and holistic wellness, offering clinicians practical tools for integrative care. At ILI, Jessica teaches on topics including nutrition for mental health and integrative therapeutic approaches.

Matthew Stone

PhD

Dr. Matthew Stone is a psychologist and educator with expertise in trauma, supervision, and advanced clinical interventions. His academic research and clinical experience inform his collaborative teaching style, emphasizing critical thinking and evidence-based practice. Dr. Stone contributes to ILI’s advanced trainings designed for licensed clinicians and supervisors.

Kathleen (Katey) Wichland

PhD

Dr. Katey Wichland is a psychologist and educator committed to advancing clinical competence through research-informed instruction. Her work explores the intersections of trauma, identity, and healing, offering clinicians new perspectives on client care. As an instructor for ILI, Katey fosters reflection and personal growth through accessible, compassionate teaching.
