Founded and led by a licensed therapist and EMDR consultant, Infinite Learning Institute was created by clinicians, for clinicians. We understand the challenges mental health professionals face, and we build courses that are relevant, practical, and transformative.

Our Story

Infinite Learning Institute was born from a deep passion for education and the belief that growth is essential to healing. Founded by Brittany Barberian, LCMHC, LPC, LMHC, EMDR Approved Consultant, the Institute began with a simple but powerful mission: to make quality, ethical continuing education accessible to all mental health professionals.

Brittany’s experience as both a clinician and consultant revealed a need for CEU programs that go beyond compliance — programs that engage, challenge, and inspire. That vision now fuels ILI’s diverse catalog of live and on-demand trainings, developed by instructors who share a commitment to integrity, inclusion, and clinical excellence.

From its headquarters in Hooksett, New Hampshire, ILI has grown into a trusted provider of continuing education serving clinicians nationwide. Yet its purpose remains grounded in the same values: curiosity, compassion, and community.
