FAQs
Answers to the most common questions about our CEU trainings, policies, and participation requirements.
Who Should Attend ILI Trainings?
Our CEU programs are open to all licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, including social workers, counselors, psychologists, and students. Courses are designed to enhance professional skills, meet licensure renewal requirements, and promote ethical clinical practice.
How Do I Earn CEU Credit?
To receive CEU credit, participants must attend the full live or virtual session with their camera on and complete all required evaluations or post-tests. For on-demand courses, credit is awarded upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments.
Partial attendance or incomplete coursework does not qualify for CEU credit.
Will the Trainings Be Recorded?
Yes. Most live trainings are recorded and made available for later purchase as on-demand CEU courses. Recordings are edited for quality and made accessible through the ILI online learning platform.
What If I Can’t Attend the Full Training?
To earn CEU credit, full attendance is required. If you are unable to stay for the full duration, you may still attend but will not receive CEU certification. We recommend checking our on-demand library for flexible course options that better suit your schedule.
What Is ILI’s Refund Policy?
Refunds are not available for any CEU courses or events. Please confirm your schedule and availability before registering. In certain cases, credits may be transferred to a future training of equal or lesser value at ILI’s discretion.
Does ILI Accommodate Participants with Disabilities?
Submit an Accommodation RequestYes. All ILI programs are conducted in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Reasonable accommodations are available upon request. Please submit an accommodation request at least three weeks before the scheduled event using the online form.
Will These CEUs Count in My State?
ILI is currently approved by the New Hampshire NASW and is an EMDRIA Approved Credit Provider (EC Provider #25052). Accreditation through NBCC is in progress, with expected approval by February 2026.
Please confirm with your state’s licensing board to ensure that ILI courses meet your specific continuing education requirements.
