Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Infinite Learning Institute website or our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and will comply with these terms[1]. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using our website or services. Continued use of our services after any updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Services

Infinite Learning Institute (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides continuing education courses and related services for professionals. Our services must be used only for lawful, authorized purposes[3]. You agree not to misuse the website or services or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities. Prohibited activities include:

  • Misuse: You will not use our website or services in any manner that violates any law or these terms.
  • Interference: You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, servers, or networks (for example, by attempting to hack or impair functionality).
  • Unauthorized Data Collection: You will not collect or store personal data about other users without their explicit consent.

Any attempt to engage in these prohibited actions may result in termination of your access to our services.

3. Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

We may offer SMS text messaging to provide course updates, reminders, or other informational notices. By opting in to receive text messages from Infinite Learning Institute, you agree to the following terms[

  • Consent: You will only receive SMS messages if you explicitly opt-in by providing your mobile phone number through our online forms or registration process.
  • Message Frequency: The number of messages may vary based on your interaction with our services (e.g., reminders for upcoming courses or events).
  • Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, as determined by your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from SMS updates at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send. Upon doing so, you will no longer receive text messages from us. For help or support with messaging, you may reply “HELP” or contact us via email.
  • Privacy: We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number will be used only for providing Institute-related communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. (See the Privacy Policy section below for details on data practices and your rights.)

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Fees & Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or purchase. We accept major credit cards and debit cards as payment methods. Payment is required to confirm your enrollment in any course or event; access to on-demand course materials or attendance at live events will only be granted after payment is successfully processed.

Cancellations & Refunds: We maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy for our continuing education offerings, as outlined below:

  • Live Event Courses: If you need to cancel your registration for a live in-person or virtual training event, you must do so at least 14 days prior to the event start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event (including last-minute cancellations or failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for a refund. We understand emergencies can occur; however, because space is limited and last-minute vacancies may not be fillable, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the event. In some cases, at our discretion, a credit toward a future course may be offered for late cancellations, but this is not guaranteed.
  • On-Demand Courses: All sales of on-demand, self-paced courses are final. Once you have purchased an on-demand course and gained access to the course materials, we do not offer refunds. If you have not yet accessed any of the online course content and you request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. To request such a refund, you must contact us in writing within the 14-day window. Courses that have been accessed or partially completed are not eligible for refund.
  • Provider Cancellations: Infinite Learning Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course or event if necessary (for example, due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances). In the rare event that we cancel a course you have registered for, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee (or the option to transfer your enrollment to a rescheduled or comparable course). If a course is rescheduled, you may choose to attend on the new date or request a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes to course scheduling.

Note: If your access to our services is terminated due to a violation of these Terms (see Section 9 below), you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid for courses or services that you are no longer able to use due to the termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Infinite Learning Institute website or provided in our courses – including text, graphics, logos, videos, slides, and other instructional materials – are the intellectual property of Infinite Learning Institute or our content licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may also violate applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our website and services, you understand and agree that Infinite Learning Institute (and its owners, instructors, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or participation in any courses. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profit, cancellation of professional licenses, or other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our courses and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information, we make no guarantee that the content is error-free or that access to our website will be uninterrupted. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Infinite Learning Institute for the specific service or course in question.

8. Consumer Rights Under NH SB 255

If you are a resident of New Hampshire, you are entitled to certain data privacy rights under New Hampshire’s privacy law, NH SB 255. Infinite Learning Institute is committed to complying with this law. Your rights include:

  • Access: You have the right to request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data, and to access that personal data.
  • Correction: You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in the personal data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (for example, if we are legally required to retain certain records).
  • Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data you have provided to us, in a portable and readily usable format, to the extent technically feasible.
  • Opt-Out of Sale/Targeted Ads: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal data or the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising purposes. (Note: Infinite Learning Institute does not sell your personal data; see our Privacy Policy. However, we will honor opt-out requests for targeted advertising or any future data sale should our practices change.)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email or mailing address provided in the Contact Information section below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by law and in accordance with NH SB 255. Please note that these rights apply to New Hampshire residents, and some rights may not be available to individuals outside New Hampshire under this law.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, courses, and services at any time if, in our judgment, you violate any portion of these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that is unlawful or that interferes with the proper use of our services. In the event of such termination due to your breach of the Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit for fees you have paid, and we may prohibit you from re-enrolling in future courses. We also reserve the right to terminate services or user accounts to comply with legal requirements or to protect our rights and those of other users.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Infinite Learning Institute may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for any updates. If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice (such as by email or a pop-up notice on the site). Your continued use of the website or our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree that any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 14, 2025

Infinite Learning Institute (“Infinite Learning Institute,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information, including our compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements and New Hampshire’s privacy law NH SB 255[32]. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We may collect several types of information from you, both directly and indirectly, when you use our services or interact with our website:

  • Personal Information: Identifying information that you provide to us, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other contact details. For example, we collect this information when you register for a course, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us with inquiries.
  • Payment Information: If you purchase a course or any paid service, we (or our third-party payment processor) collect payment details such as your credit card number or other billing information necessary to process the transaction. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; payments are processed securely through compliant payment gateways.
  • Device and Usage Information: When you visit our website, our systems may automatically collect information about the device and browser you use, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URLs. We also collect data about your usage of our site, including the pages or course content you access, the dates/times of your visits, and your interactions with site features. This usage data helps us understand how users engage with our online content and improve our services.
  • Additional Information You Provide: You may choose to provide other information when interacting with us. For example, if you fill out a feedback form, respond to an optional survey, or communicate with customer support, we will collect whatever information you choose to provide in those contexts. This may include data like your professional credentials (e.g., license type or number) if relevant to continuing education verification, or any other details you voluntarily submit. We will treat any such additional information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various legitimate business purposes to operate and improve our services. The main ways we use your information include

  • To Provide Services: We use your personal and account information to register you for courses, provide you with access to on-demand course materials, and facilitate your participation in live events or webinars. For example, we’ll use your information to enroll you in a course and to verify your identity when you log in, ensuring you receive the correct course credits.
  • To Communicate with You: We use your contact information to send important communications relating to our services. This includes sending registration confirmations, course reminders and updates, certificates of completion, and any technical or administrative notices (such as changes to course schedules or our terms)[37]. We may also respond to any inquiries or requests you send us, providing customer support and guidance[36]. If you opt in to our marketing newsletter or updates, we will use your email to send informational or promotional content about new courses or specials, but you can unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time.
  • To Process Payments and Billing: We use payment information to process your course fees or other transactions you authorize. This includes charging your credit card (via our secure payment processor) and maintaining proper records of purchases and receipts[38]. We may also use this information to handle billing issues, refunds (per our refund policy), or respond to any payment disputes.
  • To Improve Our Courses and Website: We analyze usage data and feedback to understand how our courses and website are being used[39]. This helps us troubleshoot performance issues, test changes in user experience, and develop new features or content that enhance the quality of our educational offerings. For instance, we might track which course modules are most accessed to inform future course development. We may also use cookies or similar technologies (see Cookies and Tracking below) to personalize your experience and gather insights on user engagement.
  • To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: We may use data (including device information and usage patterns) to protect the security of our website, our users, and our organization. This includes detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access to accounts[40]. If necessary, we will use and disclose information to investigate potential violations of our Terms & Conditions or any activity that threatens our systems or other users.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: When required, we will use and disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests[40]. For example, we may retain certain records to fulfill tax or accounting regulations, or disclose information if responding to a court order or subpoena (see Sharing of Information – Legal Compliance below). We also use your information to enforce our agreements (such as our Terms & Conditions) and to resolve disputes, protect our legal rights, or as part of legal proceedings affecting the Institute.

We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the above without informing you and obtaining your consent when required.

3. Sharing of Information

We respect your privacy and will only share your personal information in a few specific situations, as described below:

  • Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf to help us operate and manage our offerings. This includes, for example, payment processors (to securely handle credit card transactions), learning management system platforms or webinar hosts (to deliver course content), email service providers (to send communications), IT or cloud hosting providers (to store or process data for us), and other similar vendors. These service providers are given access only to the information necessary to perform their specific tasks, and they are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes. For instance, if we receive a subpoena, court order, or other legal demand for information, we may need to share the requested data. Additionally, we may share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. Any such disclosure will be done in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Business Partners & Affiliates: In some cases, we may partner with other organizations or instructors to offer joint courses or events. If you register for a course co-hosted by Infinite Learning Institute and a partner (for example, a workshop taught in collaboration with another training provider), we may share relevant information with that partner as needed to conduct the course (such as attendee lists or completion status), but only with appropriate confidentiality protections in place[42]. Likewise, if Infinite Learning Institute is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred to the new owners or partners, under the condition that your data remains protected consistent with this Privacy Policy. In all such cases, we will seek to notify you and ensure your personal data is handled lawfully.
  • With Your Consent: Apart from the scenarios above, we will not share your personal information with third parties unless you have given us explicit consent to do so. For example, if you ask us to share your testimonial or results with another entity, or if you opt-in to an optional directory of course participants, we will share information in accordance with your instructions.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their promotional purposes. Your data is used only to support your relationship with Infinite Learning Institute and as described in this policy. If in the future we anticipate any change to this practice (for example, if data sale becomes a possibility), we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the appropriate opt-out options as required by law (including rights under NH SB 255 and other applicable privacy laws).

4. Mobile SMS Messaging Privacy

In addition to the general information practices described above, we want to clarify how we handle the data related to SMS text messages, for those who opt to receive communications on their mobile devices:

When you opt-in to our SMS messaging service (for example, by providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts during course registration or on our website), we will collect your mobile number and use it to send you important informational messages[44]. These messages may include course reminders (e.g., a reminder of a live webinar session you signed up for), updates about schedule changes, or follow-ups such as feedback requests – but not marketing promotions unless you separately consent to such messages.

Here are key points regarding SMS data use:

  • Opt-In Process: We only send SMS messages to users who have knowingly and explicitly opted in. This means you must provide your mobile number and agree (such as by checking an opt-in box or responding to a confirmation text) that you wish to receive text messages from us. We maintain records of such consent as required by The Campaign Registry (TCR) guidelines and other regulations. If you do not opt in, you will not receive text messages – you’ll continue to receive communications via email or other channels as appropriate.
  • Use of Number: If you opt in, we will use your number solely for the purpose of sending you Institute-related communications. Typical uses include appointment or event reminders, urgent announcements (like a sudden change in a class schedule or venue), and account notifications such as confirming your course enrollment[44]. We will not use your phone number to send unsolicited marketing texts, nor will we share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
  • Opt-Out Process: You can opt out of our SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving texts, simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You can also contact us by email or phone to request removal from SMS notifications. Once you opt out, we will cease further SMS communications to your number (except for a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, if applicable). If you ever wish to re-subscribe, you would need to go through the opt-in process again from scratch.
  • Message Frequency: The frequency of text messages may vary. We strive to only send messages when necessary – for example, a couple of reminders leading up to a live class, or a single alert if an on-demand module is updated. You will not receive a barrage of texts; we calibrate frequency to be mindful of relevance and necessity.
  • Message and Data Rates: Infinite Learning Institute does not charge you for receiving SMS messages; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. This means you might incur costs from your phone service provider depending on your plan (for example, if you pay per text or have a limited texting plan). These charges are your responsibility. If you have concerns about fees, please check with your mobile carrier. (Typically, if you have an unlimited texting plan, our messages would not incur additional costs beyond your monthly plan.)
  • Privacy of SMS Data: We treat your mobile number and any communications over SMS with the same care as other personal information. We will not share your phone number with any third-party marketers. The platforms or services we use to send texts (e.g., SMS gateway providers) are bound to use your number only for delivering our messages and not for other purposes. Additionally, any data you send to us via text (for example, if you reply to us with information) will be handled under this Privacy Policy. However, be mindful that text messages are not a fully secure medium; we advise you not to send sensitive information (like credit card numbers or passwords) via SMS.

By opting into SMS updates, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above practices. For more information, you can refer back to our Messaging Terms & Conditions in the Terms of Service section above, which aligns with these privacy commitments.

5. Consumer Rights Under NH SB 255

New Hampshire’s Senate Bill 255 provides residents of New Hampshire with specific rights regarding their personal data. Infinite Learning Institute is committed to upholding these rights for eligible users. If you are a New Hampshire resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information that we collect (as summarized in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions and reiterated here)

  • Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data, and receive a copy of the personal data we have about you. This allows you to know what information we have collected and stored. Upon request, we will provide you with a summary of the categories of data and the specific pieces of personal data we maintain about you, as required by law.
  • Right to Correct: If you believe that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update it. For example, if you notice your name is misspelled in our records or your contact information has changed, you can ask us to rectify it. We will correct verified inaccuracies within a reasonable time and confirm the correction with you.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances. Upon your verified request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies. Please note that certain data may be exempt from deletion requests – for instance, information we must retain to comply with legal obligations (such as financial transaction records for auditing), to complete transactions you have requested, for security purposes, or other exceptions permitted by law. If an exception applies, we will inform you in our response.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request a copy of personal data that you have provided to us in a portable and, if technically feasible, readily usable format. This right primarily applies to data you actively gave us (like account information). For example, you might request an export of your account profile and course completion records to share with another service. We will provide the data in a common format (such as CSV or PDF) that allows you to transfer the information to another entity if you so choose.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Targeted Advertising: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal data to third parties, as well as the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising purposes. As noted, Infinite Learning Institute does not sell personal data, so we do not engage in selling your information to data brokers or marketers. We also do not profile you for targeted ads beyond the scope of our own marketing (and even that is limited). Nonetheless, if you prefer to formally record an opt-out of any potential data sale or targeted advertising, we will honor that request and ensure it is documented. You can exercise this right for peace of mind, even though we already refrain from such activities.

To exercise any of your NH SB 255 rights, please contact us using the contact information in this Privacy Policy’s Contact Us section (email is the most direct method). We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, to ensure that we do not disclose or delete information to the wrong person. Verification might involve checking that the request originates from your email on file or asking for additional information. There is no fee for making a privacy rights request, though if you make repeated or excessive requests, the law does allow a reasonable fee or refusal in some cases. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by New Hampshire law (generally within 45 days, with an extension of 45 more days if reasonably necessary, which we will communicate to you if needed). If we cannot fulfill your request for a specific reason, we will provide an explanation. Rest assured, we are dedicated to honoring your rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights (for example, we won’t deny you services or charge different prices just because you made a data request).

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Infinite Learning Institute has implemented a combination of administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration[52]. These measures include, for example:

  • Encryption of sensitive data during transmission (e.g., we use HTTPS for our website to encrypt data between your browser and our site, and we rely on secure encryption protocols when transmitting payment information)[52].
  • Secure servers and firewalls to store data, with access controls in place. Only authorized personnel and service providers who need to access the information to perform their duties are permitted to do so.
  • Regular updates and security patching of our systems and software to guard against vulnerabilities, as well as malware protection and monitoring of our network for potential threats.
  • Internal policies and training for our staff regarding the importance of confidentiality and privacy, to ensure that those handling personal data do so in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

While we strive to protect your information, please note that no security system is infallible. Data transmission over the internet and data storage systems can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot warrant the absolute security of information, especially information transmitted to our site over networks that we do not control[52]. You can help keep your data safe by using strong passwords, keeping your login credentials confidential, and notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve functionality and enhance your experience. Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device’s storage when you visit. We use cookies for several reasons, including to remember your preferences (so you don’t have to log in repeatedly, for instance), to keep you logged into your account as you navigate through course pages, and to understand how our site is being used in order to improve it. Cookies may also be used for analytics purposes (for example, via Google Analytics or similar tools) to collect information about site traffic and user interactions. This helps us see which pages or courses are popular and identify any user experience issues.

By using our site, you consent to the placement of cookies as described. However, you have choices: most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that if you disable or reject cookies, some features of our website might not function properly. For example, you might not be able to log in or the site may not remember your course progress. For a seamless experience, we recommend that you allow cookies for our site.

We may also use other tracking technologies like web beacons (small graphic images) or similar files, in conjunction with cookies, to track user sessions or understand email engagement (for instance, to know if you opened a course announcement email). These are used sparingly and only to the extent needed to operate and improve our services. We do not use cookies or tracking technology to collect sensitive personal information or to facilitate third-party advertising networks. Third-party links or embedded content (explained below) might set their own cookies; those cookies are controlled by the third parties, not us, and are subject to their own policies.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website and course materials may contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by Infinite Learning Institute. For example, our site might link to a professional licensing board, a recommended reading on another website, or a partner organization’s page. Please be aware that our Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any websites that are outside our control[54]. If you choose to visit or use any third-party links, any information you provide to those sites is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you interact with, especially before providing them with personal information. That said, we aim to only link to reputable sources that we believe value user privacy. If you have concerns about a link on our site, feel free to contact us.

Additionally, if we ever include third-party embedded content in our courses (such as a YouTube video or a SlideShare presentation), those third parties may deploy cookies or collect data about your interaction. This is similar to visiting their website directly. Again, such data collection is subject to the third party’s terms. We will endeavor to clearly mark when you are accessing third-party content through our site, so you can make an informed choice.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy. For significant changes, we may also provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on our website or an email notification) to inform you[55]. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted. Your continued use of our website or services after a Privacy Policy update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using our services and may contact us if you have specific concerns. For material changes that retroactively affect data we’ve already collected, we will seek additional consent or provide an opt-out option as required by applicable privacy laws.

10. Contact Us
