All EMDR consultation payments are non-refundable once booked. By submitting payment, you are requesting consultation time with an EMDR Consultant. If you choose not to move forward with your consultation, your payment may be applied toward Institute Learning Institute (ILI) continuing education (CE) opportunities but will not be refunded. When booking, please provide preferred dates and times for consultation in eastern standard time. Scheduling will be confirmed based on consultant availability. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and are not eligible for refund or other use.
